Thank you for using NewSiteLink.com ("the Service") owned and operated by EarthStarMedia, Inc. ("ESM"). By installing or using this software, including any third party software , services and/or content made available in conjunction with this software you agree to be bound by all the terms set forth below. This may also be a standard rate one-off service that allows you to send a picture of a NSL barcode to receive a message back. ESM may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms of use and policies at any time.
Fees
This is a one-time standard SMS alert. Message and data rates may apply. Fees may be incurred when requesting an SMS message, downloading the Service, or when using the Service. Any fees you incur through your use of the Service will be charged each month onto your cellular phone bill. Please consult your wireless carrier for applicable fees. There is no incremental or subscription charge for the application itself. Under no circumstances will ESM be responsible for fees that your wireless carrier or other third parties may charge you for use of the Service.
